We found it was in need of a good update throughout. The hotel is lacking a restaurant or bar, needs decent breakfast offering including chargeable cooked breakfast, coffee facilities in room is shockingly bad. However these comments apply to most of the hotels we stayed in from the same hotel group.

Ok for a quick stay

Stayed for 2 nights while there for hershey park. Check in was friendly. Room was very worn. Sheets had stains and beds felt like sunk in craters. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting coffe pot pumps never worked had to open the coffee pots and almost got burnt. Mushy apples greasy sausage cereal but no milk. Over priced for what you got. Rooms should be no more than $75 per night with what was offered.

The stay wasn't that bad. You could tell its an older hotel. My stay was comfortable. Breakfast shut down rather early. The location wasn't too far from Hershey Park and the Amish Country. Easy check in/out.

Beds and air conditioning were great. Rodney at the front desk was more than accommodating. He’s a diligent worker that was there long hours. The hallway stunk like skunk weed, didn’t appreciate that. It was a good place to stay after attending the races at a great price.

The pillows and bed were comfy but the beds were obviously old and saggy. The showers were out of shampoo and conditioner - the dispensers had actually been sealed off. And the elevator broke while we were there - and we were on the third floor.

I think their air freshener/perfume was strong. Gives me headaches. Limited options for their complimentary breakfast, there were only 2 slices of bread left when we got there. Eventually the assigned person refilled everything little by little.

This property is just old and worn out. The bed was absolutely miserable...think sleeping on a wooden pallet. The toilet ran sporadically all night and sounded like it was flushing itself, and to top it all off the room had ants...not just one or two, but many tiny little ants all over the nightstand, crawling up the walls, and finding their way into the bed itself. The best part about the stay was how wonderful the staff is. From the general manager who checked me in, to the morning clerk that showed honest concern for the problems I had. They seemed to be trying their best, and maybe I just got the room that has been around forever (king accessible). I really wanted to like this place but i don't think i got more than 30 minutes of sleep all night. I couldn't do another night.
