Your entire staff was very helpful and professional, especially Claudia. She helped me with the computer and navigating from French to English, etc. Amazingly, when we returned 10 days later she remembered me while I sat at the computer again. She came over to say hello and asked if i needed help. Very impressive. On a less than positive note: the cleaning staff mops the floor early in the morning during breakfast while there are numerous guests walking on the wet and slippery floor. We witnessed an elderly man slip and fall on his face on the wet floor. Mopping the floor during peak traffic times is very dangerous and unwise that led to an unnecessary fall and possible injury. It is far better to have the staff mop the floor at night when most people guests are in bed and therefore avoid injuries. Dan Graham

Park Hotel Porto Aeroporto was one of the nicest airport transit hotels I have ever stayed in. Super-clean, extremely helpful English-speaking staff, and an easy 6-min walk away from the terminal building via the signposted concrete walkways. My room and bathroom was clean, A/C quietly working nicely throughout my overnight stay. The breakfast was hot and the coffee was good. If you want a convenient airport hotel, you could not do better than the Park Hotel at Porto (Maia). I would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay at it again during my next Porto visit.

Sufficient, clean but basic
Hotel is convenient for proximity to the airport and a short shuttle ride every 20 min (2€). Rooms are small and basic (no fridge, kettle, etc). Shower was tiny and water temperature varied a lot during shower. Staff were nice, breakfast looked good and it was clean.

Hotel is clean rooms are small. The throw blanket looks antiquated .A nice bright green or orange needed to brighten up room. Same as shower curtain. Otherwise breakfast selection fresh and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay here again
