We had the best view to Medellin City. The reception guys were very nice and helpful during Checking In. The apartment was clean and neat. My only suggestion would be to add more stuff in the kitchen like plates and pans, and more towels available to avoid to ask for replacement.

The only pro's about this property is that it has beautiful views and away from all the noise in Parqeu Lleras. However, this apt has NO A/C. The hot water is literally a squirt and last about 10 mins max. The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, bed sheet are thin (luckily because there's NO A/C!, towels were never changed my whole stay, there were insects (flies, spiders, etc) inside the apt. Never once did anyone come in and clean, nor offer. There is really nothing in walking distance so you have to take a taxi or Uber everywhere. This property is good if you're on a strict budget, if not, I do not recommend it. It was definitely not what I was expecting.

WORST STAY EVER - HORRIBLE - AVOID IT
Once arrived the security guard had no clue. We had to show our paid reservation. After one hour finally someone asked for ID passports, they were provided and nothing else. Finally we got the keys to the apt. The apt is so unfriendly; no welcome note, no instructions; had no cable service, and NO wife for the whole stay. We communicated with the host and had no returns. The bed sheets are the cheapest... very thin....two towels, even different colors, very worn and both the sheets and towels smell like they were used and not cleaned. On top of it, roaches everywhere when taking the elevator. It's on the 6th floor , meaning the first line of apt. You can hear noise at all times, extremely noisy. You have to take a taxi to move. You have nothing around. I have traveled a lot, but this was the worst experience I've had. The host needs to be more customer oriented, friendly, and understand tourist needs. Seems to me the owners have no taste and old style, very much. Please AVOID this place.

El apartamento es ideal para una pareja o alguien que viaje solo. El apartamento lo encontramos sumamente limpio. El único comentario es que el mueble abajo del lavamanos está deteriorado. Me parece que hay un escape de agua y es lo que lo daña.

Mucho ruido de la calle
La estancia está en una ubicación muy transitada por motos y autobuses todo el día y toda la noche ( la zona me encantó) cerca del centro comercial el tesoro , si tienes un sueño sensible y te cuesta descansar, no te recomiendo este sitio ya q la ventana tiene una especie de rejilla del cual siempre entra el ruido y no hay manera de cerrarla, al igual que la luz natural de las primeras horas de la mañana que es imposible bloquear del todo. En general me fui la noche anterior para otro aparta hotel porque me sentía demasiado cansada.
La ventana cuenta con una rejilla imposible de cerrar , entra todo el ruido de la calle noche y día.

Promocionan hospedaje Confortable el cual tiene muy poco de confortable. En el edificio Oslo permiten que lleguen huespedes que no se comportan decentemente. No lo recomendamos.

Mi peor experiencia de hospedaje. No recomiendo el lugar. Viejo, toallas roídas, almohadas apestando a sudor y en 5 días nunca me limpiaron la habitación no cambiaron toallas ni sábanas y no había servicios básicos de un viajero que va de turista como aire acondicionado o ventilador, secadora de cabello y cafetera. Al llegar en la madrugada después de un viaje de 6 horas porque se atrasó no había ni botella de agua ni lugar para comprar. La caja de seguridad era tan pequeña que todos los días tenía que cargar mi laptop conmigo. El puso 25 no tiene elevador y subir con maletas es la muerte además que el pasillo a obscuras. Las habitaciones del piso 25 parecen cuartos para el servicio que adaptaron para arrendar. No pueden no deben tentarlos para turismo. La propiedad no vale lo que cuesta. Exijo mi reembolso Expedía!!! Posdata: Quisiera subir fotos de lo que digo pero aquí no se permite.

Este lugar no debe ser rentada. No cumple con nada de lo que uno espera de un sitio para descansar. La habitacion estaba sucia, no habia sabanas y almohadas para el sofa cama. No tenia toallas, jabon de baño ni de manos. El lugar huele mal. El elevador se descolgo en el piso 16 y segun otros usuarios no era la primera vez que pasaba. Me toco irme a otro sitio, ya que comunicarse con el dueño es terrible. El cuarto estaba en un piso 25 sin elevador. Mi suegra es hipertensa y subir gradas la ponen mal. El corredor es oscuro y tenebroso. Tiene unas rejas inseguras las cuales dejan ver el vacio hasta la calle. No gasten el dinero en este sitio. Muy mala experiencia y desagradable.
