The Wi-Fi service was terrible. Constantly going off and on. Would ask for a room service to turn over the room in the morning. I'd be gone all day come back at 4:00 or 5:00 p.m. and still the room has been cleaned.

I was forced to cancelled as I need it to get a new passport. I requested to change the date of the stay or to cancelled and it was denied. This hotel was a solid B, not great and not awful. It was clean, no bugs, air conditioning worked fine. Just not a "luxury" hotel. Water dripped from the air conditioner on the ceiling, the "door" to the balcony was only tall enough for Hobbits to use. I smashed my head several times. The buffet breakfast was just ok and it always took a long time to get served any coffee or get a refill. If they read this: give each guest a small insulated carafe full of coffee! The staff were really nice and mostly helpful, especially the cleaning staff, they get an A

I was impressed on how chic this placed looked online. Looks wede definitely deceiving!!! No pool, area has a can dispensary so lots of homelessness around the area. We wouldn't travel at night for yhat reason. The room we wede placed in had a broken leaking AC. We gor relocated but that room was dirty. 3rd room was okay but i wasnt impressed. STAY CLEAR of the items in yhe refrigerator, the hotel charges for everything in the there.

I know it’s just a temporary stay, but the shower is very uncomfortable, not space wise, but the above shower head, you can’t adjust it, if your short, you’ll never reach it , water gets all over the floor. A bit uncomfortable, but overall, The hotel over is nice & quiet
