Me gusto mucho esta propiedad, la vista a la habitacion me encanto, el facil acceso a Provenza esta genial. Me hubiese gustado que me hubiesen ofrecido mas informacion al check in, por que hay un Spa en el primer piso y me confundi, en parte es culpa mia, pero como viajero aveces uno anda cansado y el cerebro no funciona igual. La vista del desayuno espectacular. Me hubiese gustado tener mas variedad de frutas en el desayuno, ya que Colombia es famosa por su variedad de frutas. La limpieza y orden de la habitacion impecable, me encanto mucho la limpieza. El hotel es mas bello que las fotos,.. umm teniamos un cafetera neespreso que nos colocaban dos capsulas diarias y esto fue un plus. Estamos pensando volver pronto.

They don’t allow family guest or any visitors and they charge a fee of the same nightly price. Don’t recommend if you have. A girlfriend or a cousin or aunt very strict with visitors

In my view the Hotel is excellent in El Poblado. The Hotel Staff is very professional and always helpful for my needs. And those are hard working people there. And I commend them. And I will stay there again in the future.
