Although the hotel was clean and service at front desk was OK, the ONE OF THE SECURITY PERSONNEL was very DISRESPECTUL to us and we had to complain to the Mangaer. Without knowing the backround of the Guest, this particular Guard has INSULTED us and all our Tour Program got SERIOUSLY AFFECTED, as the person he has INSULTED was a TOUR GUIDE and she LEFT IMMEDIATELY without telling us and all our program got serously affected.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately, I was not able to sleep due to noise from other rooms. And the staff knocking on my door a few times to know when I would be leaving was not a good experience for me at all. I was disturbed two hours before my checkout time. And you can also hear people talking in the hallway as they passed. The location is what’s is great about this hotel. That’s it!

SO SO NOISY. ZERO SLEEP
It was impossible for me to sleep, even with earplugs, the noise from outside is INSANE and gets turned up at 2AM, lasting to 4 or 5AM. Also the lifts are wildly insufficient due to the staff using the customer lifts instead of the staff lift. If you want even 1 minute of sleep during the night, go to a different area. It is not the hotels fault, but I should have been made aware of the noise from the clubs outside.
