Mostly everything you need is close. Everyone is also verry friendly and very Humble. The Hotel is clean. The food in the area is great. I also tried the delicious Dominican good up the block. I was able to catch a taxi easily in front of the Hotel..

Amazing view if you get a balcony! However it is very noisy even with the sliding door shut. The breakfast that is served in the morning is not very good, just eggs and various Colombian chorizo. In a country with wonderful fruits there were very few served, just watermelon and papaya. There was no toast or condiments available. There were no pastries available. The area is very good as far as transportation and being able to get around Medellin. The staff is amazing! It is very close to the Metro which is awesome.

I have been here several times. Staff is always great and there's usually at least one person on hand that speaks English. Free breakfast that they offer is so so. Beds are pretty hard but it is what it is.

Almost everything was great. I have stayed here many times. I had my first small issue with one desk employee. She charged me about 20 USD for having a guest. Technically she may have been correct (i am not sure), but if I had time to talk to a manager they would have made it right. Still 5 stars.

Because you can sleep when you’re dead

The staff at this hotel is fair to miserable with Gustavo being the friendliest and most professional. The breakfast is horrible. Their theme should be “don’t expect to sleep here. Wait until you’re dead.” Downstairs on Calle 70 it’s loud until the middle of the morning. Ask for a quiet room in the back. The rooms are however, super clean and comfortable. Skip the free breakfast. It’s a high school style free for all.
