I thank the staff. All were very helpful and excellent experience staying there. Bed, room, and all services were up to date. I will definitely be staying there again. Located in a great area and has easy access to get Uber or taxi to travel to multiple places.

Nice comfortable in a good location
The room was comfortable and offered a lot for convenience. The room was clean though cleaning was not regular and you will have to request it. The kitchen set was adequate and will likely take care of all your basic cooking needs. The hotel was well located with easy access to all the essentials. The staff were professional and very helpful.

La habitación es amplia , el check in fue excelente… el aire acondicionado pega directamente a la cama . Mi grave problema fue haber deplorado las piernas y porque me corte un poco me cobraron la tualla como si fuese nueva , y la tualla de secarse las manos la utilicé después lavarme la cara … porque se quedó un poco de baje de maquillaje también me cobraron . No me parece . Entonces que pasa cuando me baje el periodo me van a cobrar las sábanas , la cobija , el colchón ? No me pareció . Si me quejé con la encargada . Solamente respondió no puedo ponerle a otra persona una rualla manchada . Y me dije que el hotel es nuevo entonces las trallas no tenían mucho uso . Salí de hotel super molesta . Yo viajo a Medellín 1,2 veces al meses y en ningún hotel ni mucho más costoso y me habían tratado así .

Llegue viernes 6 de diciembre reservamos 3 habitaciones dobles hasta el lunes 9 de diciembre, iniciamos mal nos dieron 2 dobles 1 sencilla, el dia sabado ni domingo se hizo aseo dejando el cartel de asear la habitación, hasta el sabado en la noche ya porque lo exigi me llevaron la cama suplementaria, es un hotel que tiene unas instalciones estupendas todo muy bien terminado pero si tienen que ponersen los propietarios con un mejor personal de atencion y administración para que sea un exito!!
