We spent a few days at this property and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Medellin .From the moment we arrived on property ,the staff was attentive and courteous.The breakfast options were great .And the hotel is conveniently located near Santa Fe Mall and grocery stores .Additionally ,you can easily walk to Poblado ,Provenza and Lleras .

Everything was amazing no complaints. Just got caught off guard with the laundry bill. We did think it was a little much even though we did have a lot of clothes. Besides that no complaints! I come to Colombia very often my whole family is there and it was the first time I stayed in a hotel and not at family’s house due to it being 4 of us, my husband n 2 kids and honestly it was an amazing experience

I can’t say enough about my stay at NH Royal Medellin. From an easy check in with a Friendly and helpful front desk staff, to a spacious, CLEAN, and COMFORTABLE room. The Breakfast was Incredible, with many options and gourmet food, fresh fruit juices prepared daily. They even have a A La cart Omelette chef! Room service 24/7 and Every single staff member was Pleasant and Willing to help. Gym in Hotel looking out at the pretty pool surrounded by lush green plants and flowers. Walking distance to Santa Fe mall was Really convenient. I saw one of the Door men go out of his way to help a family bring a stroller Gently down the steps to help them into their car.. Wow, the courtesy and kindness is very much appreciated. The Friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff really made it a Pleasant, stress-free stay. I am beyond happy that I chose NH Royal Medellin, and I Will be staying here on my future trips to beautiful Medellin. 10/10 from me and my girlfriend. GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

Clean, modern and quiet
Clean, modern and on a very quiet neighborhood. Facilities were modern and rooms were super clean and spacious. However, it is not really walkable to the Pablano district where all the restaurants and the vibe of the city is. Traffic is bad and so we had to take a cab every time we wanted to go anywhere. Close to a mall.
