We attempted to stay here for a night but we were told the room we picked was not pet friendly. We had booked a jaccuzi suite and had our two dogs with us. The reasoning we got from the manager is that other people have put their dogs in the jacuzzi so they don't allow it anymore. While that answer absolutely floored me (because who would ever do that), we understand that policies are policies. We travel with our dog constantly and have been to many pet friendly hotels. They all have their own different rules and policies which is completely fine and we respect that. What is NOT okay is the fact that the room is advertised on the Best Western website as pet friendly. I got the answer from the front desk staff that the hotel is pet friendly but the room is not. Fine...I get that not all rooms are pet friendly. However, I specifically booked this room because on the Best Western website when you select the jaccuzi suite room it says "Enioy these amenities" with pet friendly listed as one of them. Extremely misleading and I will attach the screen shot from the website. I'm not asking for a policy change but fix your website. This was quite literally the only reason I selected this hotel.

Very clean & welcoming. Spent one night as my family & i were passing through. There is a Denny's resturant attached to the hotel, so that was convenient as we arrived in the evening & was very tired & hungry.
