Perfect for us for a short stay.
One night stay while travelling, perfect! Lovely hotel and close to motorway, but not noisy, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good for overnight on the road
Good for overnight on the road, as it is easily accessable, good parking, room and bathroom were good. Just want to make sure that, the breakfast is just a continental breakfast. Suggest visit the nearby village, for nice walk.

Nice stopover at Simancas
Efficient check in and a good sized, clean room in very good order looking towards Simancas. Breakfast is minimal ie coffee, tea etc, fruit juice and bread or croissant and costs €3 per person. A good stopover location.

Fantastic stay
Very clean and quiet with good views. Excellent services, quality price outstanding. The breakfast was very convenient and only cost 3 euros with a coffee, a milk, a cup of orange juice and a big croissant (or a toast). Excellent location, only 500 meters away from Simancas historical old town with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Excellent for overnight stay on long journey from France to Portugal - very easy location near motorway. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with good sized bathroom - also quiet, despite being so close to road. Would stay there again.

Comfortable hotel close to highway
Hotel located close to highway on outskirts of pretty village Simancas. Comfortable accommodation but limited catering. Good breakfast but very limited for other catering. We found it a good stop off point on our north to south journey.

Will definitely visit again
After a very difficult journey we were pleased that the hotel was easy to find, the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious & warm . Despite being close to the main road there was no traffic noise It was an easy walk into the village but as it was a Monday early evening nothing was open for food. However the hotel has a good tapas menu & we ate & drank well We did not have breakfast as we had an early start We liked it so much we are already planning our return trip

Ideal location to stop off enroute to Santander
Just what we needed to break our journey to Santander. Lovely clean and quiet hotel just off the main road. We found a footpath opposite the hotel to the town which took 10 minutes to find a place for a lovely meal in a court yard. Really comfy bed....ideal check out time of noon and great wifi.

A great place to stay after a long day's drive
We stayed here on our drive back from the south of Portugal. After a long day's drive the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Their restaurant was not open in the evening but we were given a map of Simanca and some suggestions for dining. We had a lovely meal in Las Tercias.

The place was quiet, clean and comfortable. Price quality was excellent. Beds long and with excellent mattresses. Buffet simple but inexpensive.. Very easy access to freeway.

Reasonable hotel, in poor position for the town, which had little merit anyway. Not far from motorway. Worth a stay if one is in a rush to keep travelling southwards.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to restaurants.
Spent 1 night here. Very clean and comfortable room. The staff are exceptionally friendly especially the young girl. Very helpful. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again.
