Staying in Melbourne from Qld our room had no heating and at midnight had staff trying to reset the system, unable to they provided blankets and the next day we were moved on request to another room. Staff were very apologetic and waived the parking charge. Was a dampner on an otherwise amazing property. A free night would have been more appropriate in our opinion.

Welcoming, clean and great attention to detail. Apartment was perfect for our needs with cooking and washing facilities. Pool was incredible. Enjoyed the homage to Pentridge history everywhere.

Excellent Position
I had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious,with very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Excellent location : shops, cinema, coffee shops and trams close by. I found the staff friendly and a special mention of Sophie who was most helpful. I will definitely return next year.
