The hotel phone system did not work any time I tried to call Guest Services. There was no in-room menu so had to call the hotel using the external phone number to find out how to access in-room dining. Used the QR code to order room service and couldnt even order any of the items. Was unable to order a hot drink for myself or my 8 yr old son. What sort of hotel doesnt have barista services available? The pool was cold, over-crowded and floors unclean. Very uncomfortable beds and generally super disappointing. Had to leave earlier than expected due to an emergency and the hotel refused to refund 3 x breakfast's although we were not there. Terrible customer service! This is NOT a family friendly hotel and I would not recommend it.

Very nice hotel, room was new and clean. Good size room; nice layout. The pool and spa were very clean. Nice friendly service, they kept our bags in storage for free and even gave us an extra hour before checking out.

Bad Check in Experience
It started very terrible due to check in was so slow maybe we had it timed when staff at the lobby were on lunch break transition and so many patrons all came in at same time and also being 2 hours early from the 3pm check in time. Fena however made it bearable even though she was multi tasking trying her best to help everyone. Even though our two rooms are not ready at the time I checked in, she sent message to housekeeping if they can make our rooms ready and she came back within 10 min confirming they are ready. One other item I did not like is the elevators did not have any instruction where to scan the room card turns out the window is only knee level which makes it hard to see the light turn from red to green. I did not even know that you have to scan and hold the card against the sensor so I was startled because for one I have a big box with me on the cart which makes it harder to maneuver in the elevator and confused why the elevator is not jolding yh3 floor number Im trying to go. I had to get out with my box on a cary and leave it to ask how to make the elevator to move. I looked like an ignorant fool out there. In turn Fena offered me a couple of complimentary drink for the trouble. After that incident everything else went very smooth which helps being close to everything at downtown Melbourne.

Everything was ok. Robes were not provided and I asked the guest services, I was told that it’s chargeable for$30.00. I think this item is a basic necessity in the room. Room sleepers has not provided and you have to request for it. Staff were friendly and valet parking was great.
