Fountain Villa is a modern villa with beautiful private outdoor spaces. Enjoy a modern spacious kitchen and a light filled living area coupled with roomy bedrooms. A very short convenient walk to public transport (tram and train) which takes you straight to the doorstep of the MCG, Rod Laver and the city. A convenient, comfortable and ambient getaway. We supply linen for the first bedroom free of charge. Should you wish to use the second bedroom, a payment of $30 is required for the second bedroom.

This home was perfect for our needs . Extremely comfortable, well maintained and has everything you could need . Location is also great with public transport, Woolies and restaurants all within 200 metres. Angeline ( owner) cared that we were happy and was easy to contact. Cannot expect more .

My work colleague and I spent a couple of nights at Angeline’s unit whilst attending a conference in Camberwell. The unit was in the perfect location, within walking distance to shops, public transport and a great little coffee shop. The unit itself was very clean and very well presented, with everything we could have needed for our short stay. Perfectly cosy to come home to at the end of a long day. Communication with Angeline was easy and questions before our stay were answered promptly. We didn’t need for anything but new Angeline was a quick message away if we did. Thank you!

Gorgeous light filled villa
Our family of 4 and 2 small dogs found our stay at the villa very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to supermarkets, cafes, parks and public transport. The villa had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. We loved the little courtyard with the gentle water feature. Check in was super easy and the host was so lovely.

This was the perfect stay for us! It is in a great location, close to parks, walks, shops and tram. It was very quiet. The apartment was clean and welcoming, well laid out with lovely furnishings and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfy and the shower pressure is great. The host messaged me beforehand to confirm the booking, gave clear details for checkin, and messaged during our stay to check everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Villa
The house is very comfortable, tasteful furnished and has plenty of ammenities, including a espresso machine and coffee grinder. The outdoor area is very pleasant and the chiminea does make a difference and keep you warm and dozy during the cold nights. Location is very convenient, it's a quiet neighbourhood, close to the tram stop and Woolies is just around the corner.

Good location; great compact town house.
Great accommodation for one or two couples with the advantage (to us) of being dog friendly. Supermarkets (2) and a good range of restaurants within easy walking distance. Box Hill is only 10 minutes drive away, if you have medical appointments there.
