Had the family here for the weekend. Great place to walk around Melbourne or to use the trams to get around. Excellent "FREE" breakfast to start the day and a fantastic soft bed to fall into at the end of the day

Water was Luke warm and asked to be resolved and wasn’t Day 2 we asked room to be serviced when leaving, didn’t get done, asked for fresh towels at 2, never arrived, came back at 10 pm and had to chase fresh towels from reception Brekfast was fresh and lovely and great service there Shower curtain had mould on grime on it so was a bit gross Bed comfortable but room very warm and no To cool would only heat

Modern and easy parking
The rooms were clean and large enough. Was in a good location to easily catch tram to shops or resturants. Slow check in and expensive items in snacking menu for the size of what you received. Parking was easy and attached to hotel lifts. Towels were cleaned but did have stains in them so didnt look great. Buffet breakfast included and was nice.

The staff are friendly & helpful in giving directions. Not much selection with breakfast only scrambled eggs, no fried or boiled eggs. Room not clean like the refrigerator door dirty & seems like the iron board very dusty.

I didnt like the fact that we had to pay $35 for parking ,for the price you pay to stay for the night, it should have included free parking, other than that l rate this motel highly, the continental free breakfast included in the price was great, the dining area and different choice of what you can have for breakfast was awesome. The $50 security deposit you have to leave when you 1st check in should be refundable when you checkout, you should not have to wait 5-10 days for that to be refunded back into your account, that is poor management on the motels behalf.
