Mal servicio !
Antes de la llegada me contacte para confirmar la estadia, me exigieron un deposito del 30% a un numero de cuenta o de lo contratio no me mantendrian la reserva, una vez en el lugar la habitacion no justificaba el costo, el baño sin chapa, la habitacion muy pequeña, nunca hicieron aseo durante la estadia, el personal de la noche todo el tiempo estuvo gritando riendo, el plan era de descanso, lo cual nunca fue posible, la piscina la alquilaban a transeuntes solo por pagar el uso de la misma, el restaurante ofeecia servicio de comida al gusto, se pedia algo y al final habia que ordenar lo que habia, no mas de 2 menus, en conclusion si el plan es descanso, este definitivamente no es el lugar

Las habitaciones deben estar dotadas para el clien
Hice la reserva 3 días antes y llego a hospedarse y me dan un habitación con solo dos camas sin cortinas sin mesitas de noche ni controles para el aire ni el televisor bajo a recepción. Y la respuesta es que estaban hasta ahora dotando el 4 piso osea entonces para que rentan una alcoba así por dios es mejor que le digan a uno que no hay habitaciones disponibles a que le cobren 207 mil por dos camas me pareció de muy mal gusto aún sabiendo que ya había echo la reservación con anterioridad
