Hotel has to do maintenance to bathroom ( bathtub leaking and bad condition ). Furniture has to be replaced because it is old and it in bad condition. Replace air conditioning ( it makes too much noise and old ) for a split ( it is better and it doesn’t make noise )

The check out is not set up very well, took forever to do it. The receptionist was rude and unkind. I was waiting and waiting but she just took to long not very efficient. The breakfast was cold and the eggs taste not as eggs. There is a bottle of shampoo but you can’t get shampoo out it. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport that why i choose this hotel. It was clean.

The staff are amazing especially Sebastian and Jean Carlos. We were English speaking Canadians in a Spanish country and they went above and beyond to help us. They were truly so patient and kind. As soon as they saw us struggling they came to our rescue. The food was great and there was lots of options. The pool was always well maintained and one staff in particular always started poolside activities that he was exceptional at running. Live entertainment was also offered on the weekend. Wonderful place to stay although the shower water could have been a little hotter

It was a most enjoyable stay. The hotel and grounds as well as the view were lovely. The room was very comfortable with a good range of amenities. Swimming pool fabulous. The dining experience was disappointing mainly due to poor service, however the manager resolved this to our satisfaction. The breakfast and service was excellent.
