Only stayed one night but had 2 rooms booked. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast particularly tasty haggis. Only downside is no lift. My mistake for not specifying my disabled partner with mobility issues when I booked. Thankfully he managed the stairs up to the lovely room. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in the Borders.
Lovelly hotel in a beautiful borders town. Staff were very welcoming and the level of service was very high. Room was very nice, quiet and well appointed. Restaurant was very good with a great menu. Looking forward to returning.
