It was easy to walk to Beale street from this hotel. There was plenty of free parking. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. Our room was clean and breakfast was very good.

Location of this property is walkable to downtown events and entertainment. Comfortable bed, and quiet room. Free parking is a plus. Currently making upgrades to the outside of the building, but this didn't negatively impact our stay. Breakfast buffet choices were okay, but could have used a few more selections.

A few blocks away from the Peabody, this was a great last minute stop for us. Ww walked to Bealle Street and wnjoyed a evening of fun. Our room was nice, very nice breakfast the next morning. Easy out of toqn and on our way.

We were very pleased with the size and comfort level of our room. The breakfast was good, standard fare -- waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, etc. We appreciated the free parking, which was navigable in spite of some construction equipment being used for their exterior remodeling. We were able to walk to Beale Street and back, even as senior citizens.
