Halls smelt slightly musky, missing light bulb on desk lamp,tv remote volume did not work, shower water came out rusty in begining, pressure in shower sputtered, bed very comfortable, bathroom very clean and staff very friendly. Reataurant no alcohol yet, ordered same item both nites (salad and chicken fettucini) 1st nite very good. 2nd nite presentation of food different, sauce watery and missing parmesean cheese, xhicken bit overdone.

Still remodeling, Restaurant not worth it. Nice server, must not have been trained, cook as well. Over cooked burger, dry. Sliders dry, no bbq sauce available. For the price this was acceptable. Not a penny more

The property is very new and as a result, clean and well maintained. We arrived after 11PM and was created by friendly and helpful staff. It helped that we had pre-checked in beforehand (it's a requirement!) and therefore, the staff was able to help us figure out how to use the mobile room key on our phone without delay. The hotel is gated and monitored by security 24/7, both outside and inside. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms were very clean. Someone had been smoking in one of the two rooms we booked but the staff promptly moved us without question. The rooms were quiet and there was very little noise after midnight. I would stay there again upon a future visit to Memphis.

Problems opening our room,toilet block had to change room,problem with our bill ,think i paid in double,we will see that later and now charge us an extra 20$ for late check out , when we left the hotel at 9:40am,waiting for a crédit for that.Took a couple of hours off our holidays ,not satisfied at all.But the personal serving us did what they could

Hotel lobby is beautiful. Secuity on premises. Staff is great. Rooms are nice. Facility was clean throughout. Free breakfast was disappointing. Basically only yogurt. Fruit was still frozen. Cereal and muffins.

The hotel is big and the rooms are clean. There are not a lot of extra frills, but we had a comfortable quiet stay. This was my first stay with a completely digital check in experience so it was a little strange to me. There is not a reception desk like I am used to. However there is someone stationed at a table and chairs that greeted us and helped us with anything we needed. Everyone was nice. There’s some construction going on which I am sure will enhance the facility.

We had a great stay! All the employees were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice shower and homey feel. Excited to see it after all the renovations are complete.

Felt like the week before opening
This hotel is not ready to be open. No heat in hot tub. Indoor pool not heated. Shower leaks. Toilet didn’t flush. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. Lots of small things add up to a less than acceptable visit. It should be nice when finished though.
