Nice stay, super nice lady checks us in!
It takes a while to check in, so much red tape, but the lady that checks us in is super nice, love her! I requested both times I have stayed for a lower unit, never get it but it's ok, parking lot noisy! No complaints!

Price on reservation was for 91.75 but some how Red Roof Manager added $50 for thatbilling. Upon checkin the manager would not give me a receipt. Upon check out early on 8/15/24 the cost was $143.75 vs 91.75. The room was noisy and we couldnt sleep so we departed at about 1 am. Under the bed ther was installed a metal thing that made noise when i moved. The upstairs occupants created disturbing noises also. I would not recommend this hotel or motel to anyone.

The place was in really poor condition. The guy checking us in was so rude. If I wasn't dead tired after driving 11 hrs I would have left. The room smelled of smoke. I have lots of photos in Management is interested.

Being mindfull that Red Roof is a lower cost hotels, so I don't expect much. I made due without soap dispensers. I was fine with everything else.

The inn was great. The booking agent was not. Double booked me and I'm having a hard time getting a refund on one of the bookings. But that has no bad reflection on red roof. Love this place. Great people

Found roaches in the room as we were getting ready to leave. The room had a smell, that I could not identify as well. Could hear noise coming from outside of the room, but not from other guest rooms.
