They need to be involved in what it is pet friendly is no only charge per dog ...!! And change the information on expedia, be clear with all the pet fees and be honest walk to Beale street is not 15 minutes...! Takes from there more than 20 minutes

Staff were pleasant and generally helpful, however there was an odd amount of friction involved with every step of my stay from arrival on a gridlocked valet loop late at night, a loud humm in the room to a shower that seemed to only run scalding hot. When I dined at the restaurant they sent the wrong item. When asking for the check for my food I was just given a slip on the table without a pen to be able to sign for it. I've stayed at other Sheratons serving a convention center crowd and found the service and facilities to be great. This was a far departure from my previous Sheraton stays.
