When I arrived the staff at front desk was not engaging or friendly. No information was given as far as parking or where the elevator was to access rooms or that a key swipe was needed to reach the floor. My reservation was through Expedia however the property also charged my card for the room. I was informed of the $50 incidental fee which was fine but to receive another charge for 152.00 was insane. When i called to discuss the charges I was transferred around at least 3 times before a representative told me she spoke with her supervisor who would refund the charges and call me once it had been completed. Its been over a week and i ha e yet to receive a refund or a call back.

The room was very spacious and quiet. There were few different options of places to eat within the hotel. This is a casino, but we aren't gamblers, we did very little gambling.

The hotel's friendly staff and comfortable beds impressed. However, the shower head was odd and annoyed my friend. Smoking allowed in dining room area took some getting used to, given I’m from California.

Room was outstanding. Since it’s a casino, security was a pain. You have to show identification multiple times before you get to your room. No place to buy breakfast at the facility.
