The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean but lacked a refrigerator. Parking is not on site but is close by and discounted via the hotel.

“Available parking” on websites is misleading. You have to walk about four blocks to parking lot and pay a fee per day…moreover on weekends, not only is the street where the hotel is closed but also the parking lot. You have to find a way to call or get to the hotel, to have the bus boy met you or drive with you, to the lot to unlock it…time consuming hassle and moreso when raining or if you have mobility challenges. Breakfast is mediocre at best with a station that is too small for the influx of people Pool had literally only one camastro to lie down on There was no ice in the machine dispensers, I checked three floors. Also no mini fridge or microwave in the room. Only saving grace was the comfortable bed!

The staff was very attentive in the breakfast area. Also, a great big thank you to Yamille, our room attendant, who found my husband’s wallet and had the hotel reach out to us. We were able to have family pick it up; or they would have sent it to us. So glad people are honest and willing to help us!

The room was clean and comfortable but the water for the shower was only luke warm. Breakfast was only OK. Food was not hot and coffee was weak and not hot. Staff was good. No refridgerator in room was incovenient.

The good: staff are very friendly and the location is excellent. The ‘meh’: hotel could only issue one key per room. That meant we had to stick together the whole time because you need a key to use the elevator. They eventually gave us an extra key but we had to keep asking. The shower water does not heat enough. The pictures shown on Expedia are deceiving. Take a look at pictures taken by actual guests and watch videos on YouTube.
