Maybe I hit a bad day, but they gave us an uncleaned room including a significant deposit left in the toilet by the previous occupant. Got switched to a worse room, not better. The next day we didn't have service, possibly because the maid was scared off by the dog in a nearby room that barked every time someone walked on the hallway. The dog's owners did have the courtesy to yell and hiss at it about as loudly as the dog barked, but based on how well that worked he maybe thought they were just joining in with him. The carpet cleaning crew did manage to brave our canine protected floor, which left the room damp the rest of our stay. (They warned us about that getting done and I get it, but it was one more thing on the overall stay.) I won't be staying there again when I go to Tallahassee. It's a good location and could have been a nice stay, but it definitely wasn't.

Nice property located in a convenient location near FSU. At night walls are a little thin so the area can be somewhat noisy. In our situation we could hear the tv next door, a little one crying, traffic outside. Management is obviously aware because they had ear plugs available in the room. That said by 11 things seemed to settle down. I would stay at this location again but again be mindful of the noise considerations. Ha

I really enjoyed my stay ! Me and my boyfriend wanted a cute and simple getaway and was not disappointed with the this hotel . The staff was very friendly and very accessible . The room and view was very nice and definitely gave vibes . I will be staying here again !

Decent for a one-night stay, poor customer service

Parking was limited and a bit of a hassle when you have to hike all the way back to put a parking pass on your dash. Customer service was poor. There was a family leaning against the desk, loudly talking and arguing. The staff made no efforts to maintain a professional experience. The check-in process was made difficult because it was hard to hear. They continued drama in the driveway, blocking it from other guests. The man checking in never smiled or made conversation. He did not give me any information about the hotel or options like breakfast. He handed me a room card and that’s it. The property itself was basic but clean enough and comfortable for a one-night stay.

The property is very clean and well maintained, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very friendly. If i had to complain about one thing it would be that there should be ice machines on every floor, having ice machine on only the odd numbered floors is not very coinvent.
