Giovanni & Paula went beyond service being our taxi when we were clueless on how to get one. Room was clean and comfortable and they put out a welcome breakfast spread. Location for us was out of way but that was on me.

The rooms were clean and spacious; we had a 2-bedroom unit with a huge closet that was bigger than my first apartment. The proprietor was incredibly kind and helpful and provided lovely small details that many other places do not, such as conditioner and a wine opener. Couldn't have been happier with the service and stay.

Family room stay
The reception (Avi) was extremely kind and polite. My family and I were supposed to arrive at 8pm on a Sunday but arrived at the hotel almost 9pm already but Avi waited for us. Normally the reception is not manned after 8pm. After we checked in, Avi was still very patient in answering the tons of questions i had about Messina. We didn’t see so much staff there during our stay but since we had Avi he was more than enough whom we needed. The Italian breakfast was simple and nice. Avi made sure we ate how much we wanted. During the pandemic, buffet breakfast is not available anymore. Finding the hotel can be tricky if you are not familiar with Messina like us. We rented a car and i made sure it has a gps navigation system. The room service made sure we had an abundant supply of towels and room was perfectly cleaned daily. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. And all because of our first and lasting impression of Avi’s excellent service. We will definitely come here again this October.

I felt like James Bond as the front gate opened automatically to my cell phone call. Parked my car and used a numeric code to enter this hidden surprise. The property blew my expectations, My suite was a mix of Roman travertine and modern elegance. super clean and a perfect bathroom - anything but a B&B. I found out the owner’s great grandfather invented the hydrofoil. Best of all, Avi greeted me with perfect English and provided my family with a wonderful breakfast. A hidden gem in Sicily.

Fantastic boutique hotel
This is a fabulous small boutique hotel with an excellent standard. As we arrived outside of their normal hours (after 8pm) we were sent codes to get into the main door and gates to park the car. Our room was open for us and we had great communications via WhatsApp. Room was lovely with a very large walk-in wardrobe, shower was great and breakfast was good. A little gem!

What a gem! Excellent: comfortable and friendly
What a gem! An amazing place to stay! Will definitely stay again when in Messina. Off street parking, ultra modern accommodation and warm and friendly hosts: Giuseppe and Giovanni. They could not do enough for us. Excellent breakfast and the most comfortable bed so far during our 2 weeks travel in Italy. Couldn’t fault the accommodation nor the service. Check-in instructions were confusing via the hotel.com site; as it implied you must check-in by an (unknown) time or else... but we found the actual check-in to be very efficient and modern.
