PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BREAKFAST IS NOT FREE!!! We were told by front desk and by the messages received from the hotel thru Expedia that breakfast was included. However, upon finishing breakfast, we were approched by a staff member asking us to pay! My husband paid and I complained to the front desk clerk...she told me that only cold breakfast was free (FYI ALL FOOD IN THE SAME AREA, NOT WHAT THE CLERK STATED THE NIGHT BEFORE AND NOT WHAT IT SAID ON THE MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM THE HOTEL). Additionally, the clerk told me that they were aware of the issue and had asked expedia to clarify what type of breakfast was free and that I was not the first one to complain. Lastly, I was given a hard time when attempting to check out a day early even though i had made the front desk clerk aware the night before! The rooms are nice but the service received from staff was HORRIBLE!

Muy limpio el lugar muy agusto me encanto el cuarto muy nuevo solamente les falta carisma a las recepcionistas ser mas atentas la verdad les falta ser mas amables no me senti con buen recibimiento....las encargadas del buffet de la cocina muy fijadas demas si tenias voucher o no en ese modo no me gusto para nada deberian ser demasiadas amable no me senti agusto que en todo se estaban fijando....otra encargada tambien muy fijona a la hora de subir al elevador pensaba que no nos estabamos quedando en el hotel nos siguio en el elevador para ver si teniamos un cuarto y llave era todo muy raro muy incomodo en ese sentido no tenia porque seguirnos en el elevador pero de limpieza todo bien lo demas tienen que tener mas comun de sentido y saber como atender y ser mas amables la verdad.
