Room wasn't ready at 3pm. Had to wait awhile. No remote control had to go down stairs to ask for it. No phone in room. Wasnt told about either not being available. Love staying there so maybe they just forgot. Staff friendly and helpful though.

Hotel is great just the room and hallways seemed a bit less care for not like pervious times we stayed there window trim had dust and hairs that seemed not cleared for a while i had to clean it myself and walls if room and hallways were not as clean
