I was here for one night only after the infamous Aguilas game. The stadium is only 7 miles away quick 5 minute taxi ride away. Hotel staff was amazing and just comfort all around.

Upgraded to the superior room, was charged $25.00 which was ok. The superior room sleeps 4, I was charged an additional $28.00. I called and they said, a third person was sleeping there, they needed to charge me an additional $28.00.

Very luxurious rooms with staff that is their to answer all questions and needs. Definitely will be staying here every time we are in Mexicali. Room was set to temp as we asked and was able to get some nice quiet sleep with out any interruptions.

Overall, we enjoy the buffet people are very frien
We have been staying here for many years I reserve a Suite 2 beds and when we got there, they were only able to give us a suite with one bed because I believe that supposedly our bedroom had a plumbing issue. It didn’t seem like that was what happened it seem like they overbooked their rooms, they weren’t able to give me a discount or anything for this price of hotel their pool needs a remodel it’s Starting to break the tiles

I have been staying in Araiza Mexicali for years, and sadly it has deteriorated over the years. The place is dirty and patched up at best. This visit will be the last for me. Check-in took over 45 minutes, AC was not working and we had to wait 2 hour to get it running. That same night when we returned the AC was not working again, we didn’t find parking because there was a private party in the garden area that ran through 2 am. We called reception to inquire about the AC in the morning and after back and forth they switched us rooms. It was horrible and inconvenient, to top it off they overcharged me $180 dollars for the switch. They returned the funds after I called and threatened to report the transaction, they said it was an error and it would take days. All in all, this was the worse stay I’ve had in town I wasted too much time going back and forth about the AC on a very hot day, it was 102 degrees.
