Interesting spot, stayed twice in a week on business travel and got two different rooms at the same price level but with different amenities. Was fairly noisy with a stairwell nearby and the second room had floor to ceiling windows that made it conspicuously non-private after dark (seriously). Was nice for a hotel in CDMX but not excellent.

Very good location, very friendly staff. They did not respect an upgrade that we paid days before our stay, you can hear noise from the room above, the safe box didn't work, they didn't have batteries in the air conditioning controls

Overall a good property and value for the location and room sizes are generous. However the rooms are not well insulated from sound from adjacent rooms and hallways, which was hard for our baby’s sleep when people walk up stairs or move things in their rooms above us.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Clean and well cared for property. The only thing is noise can be a factor as the walls are thin and you can hear people walking in the hallway and conversations. Great shower and bathroom.

STAY HERE IN MEXICO CITY!
THIS IS A FABULOUS PLACE TO STAY!!!! The facilities were outstanding! The room was SPACIOUS ! They restocked the water everyday. It was wonderful having a sitting area. There was a lovely cafe next door and a Starbucks downstairs. The mattress was stellar! The bathroom large. The neighborhood is excellent! Restaurants, cafes, trees and a park.

We were gladly surprised, this is a beautiful hotel, it has all you need for a few days stay, we loved the cleanliness, the staff is really friendly, especially Paola and Daniel. The bed is really comfortable. It is a nice quiet hotel. We were able to get a good night sleep. They have a small gym with everything you need for cardio workout and strength training. Plus the location is excellent, near many restaurants and you can have long walks. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you 😊
