My room doesn't have a working A/C, and they just give me two useless fun. I totally can't sleep at night with 31 C or 90 F, and I'm luck the temperature are not too high when I arrived . So, if you also dislike the high temperature of your room maybe just look for other hotel in Mexico City

The place gives a neighborhood vibe, it’s safe and can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was wonderful and attentive. There’s a Starbucks in this hotel it’s cute. The only thing was that the AC did not working but the weather wasn’t bad so we were fine.

This hotel is located in the perfect location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parque Mexico is within a couple of blocks within the hotel and I would walk to it almost every night. Very walkable neighborhood and lots of cute coffee cafes. This property did not disappoint its VERY clean, I had no issues with my stay.

The property is charming; the room is well-furnished Yet, I could not sleep well any of the five nights. The walls must be made of paper, as you can hear every movement from the corridors and other rooms. I even woke up to someone else alarm. not returning

Everything was amazing. Rooms are extra rooming. Only 2 minor things that could’ve made our stay 100% No iron or ironing board. The Printer in business center wasn’t working. Low ink cartridge. Other than that. Place and location are great!

Easy check in and check out. Very friendly staff. The only issue was that we reserved a family suite that could sleep 6 people but the hotel details did not clearly communicate that the rooms would be adjacent and separated. The impression the booking gave us was inaccurate and seemed somewhat of an unfortunate inconvenience considering we all wanted to be together since it looked like it was one big suite initially. Would have been nice to know this info in advance! Other than that, everything else was fine. I would stay here again :)
