Newly renovated hotel. Great big rooms with a balcony facing Calle Amberes. We’ve stayed here before before the renovation. We love it because of the convenient location and the wonderful staff. The manager is accommodating and will go out of the way to please the client. Will definitely stay again.

La pasamos muy bien con mi esposa, lo que mas nos gustó fue la atención del personal desde que llegamos todos muy atentos a ayudarnos y explicarnos todo acerca del hotel y nuestra habitación, el gimnasio muy completo, por tiempo ya no logre probar el sauna pero me parecio excelente que tuvieran, la habitación donde nos quedamos era una suite muy bonita con una pequeña sala, cocineta, una cafetera con un café delicioso.

The hotel is wonderful, and obviously well maintained. I understand it was recently refurbished and all the attention to details made for a great stay. I love a firm bed, so I slept well. Anyone who wants a feather soft bed should be aware of this detail. The gym looked nice, though I didn't visit it or The steamroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even from the 7th floor, the noise was to be expected, but playing quiet white noise when I slept meant I didn't even hear the late night parties across the street. I found the location to be very convenient to many restaurants and attractions, so it was easy to get around the city and come back to the hotel to refresh, charge my phone and relax before dinner.

I’m so glad I ended up booking here! Great location in Zona Rosa; some reviews say it’s loud but from my room I could not hear any music, etc. Very comfortable beds, great customer service, and free non-mediocre breakfast. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in CDMX; this property beats all of them. Definitely will book again.

Excellent Boutique Hotel in Zona Rosa
I’ve stayed here multiple times this year and I have to say, I’ve had a great time every time. The staff is absolutely amazing except for one of the front desk employees. I believe he works the night shift. But other than that I love this place. It’s centrally located to everything, Polanco, Roma, and El Angel De La Independencia. The rooms are super clean. I also love their small gym. They have 24/7 security. Their bar and restaurant is excellent except that they close too early. Edgar one of the front desk employees is my favorite, he is very attentive, very friendly and always has the right attitude. Thank you Edgar for making my stay incredible.

Lovely hotel if you can deal with clubs
We really liked the hotel itself. Our room was great, recently updated, and there was a free breakfast (they called it continential, but it was more like a set menu). The one negative was there are several clubs on the street that play very loud music til 5a every night. We had a street facing room so we could hear it. If it wasnt for that, Id rate it a 10.

I was pretty pleased by the size of the room and the property however the water was turned off for a few hours. The staff was working on it but it was very inconvenient for the water to be turned off in the evening. In addition, on my last 24 hours no outlets were working. Even the television was not working. I was vert inconvenienced

The hotel room was lovely and spacious. They provided water on a daily basis which was appreciated. The staff were generous and informative, particularly with regards to providing advice about local tourist attractions. We enjoyed a lovely meal in hotel bar/restaurant - we highly recommend trying the tacos! The location of the hotel was good for visiting the main areas and tourist sites.
