Great place, clean room, front desk nice, but answering the phone, it takes many phone calls to someone answer. The change of ownership and name of the hotel wasn’t notified. Everything else was very nice, good location, not amenities but one restaurant with good food..

Es un hotel bonito y con personal muy atento. El único detalle en este diciembre de 2025 es que acaba de cambiar de dueño: dejó de ser Camino Real y ahora pertenece a la cadena Barceló. Ese cambio ha generado algunos atrasos operativos; ojalá los resuelvan pronto.

The hotel had a naco-style event all day and night. It was like getting a room at the fair. It shook the room, and was audible over the in room television. We called the staff 5 times to see why there was such an event being held on a Tuesday, but we were dismissed, lied to, or ignored each time. If you’re looking to get a good rest (like we were) this is not a good option

I had already been told not to stay at this hotel, but I stayed there anyway, and badly, because it was the venue for a wedding. The service is excellent, no complaints, but the rooms are ugly, the TV is 30 inches, my room had a 'living area' with a view of the closet, there was no table for dining. The shower and sink mixer were frustrating; they had installed some water savers that produce annoying little streams of water. The furniture looked old and a bit worn out. The worst part!! The safe was not fixed to anything, it could be taken away!! The curtain was loose and a lot of light was coming in, I reported it and they fixed it, but the curtains are not blackout, a lot of light comes in. The bed creaked... it reminded me of porn movies!!! Did I already tell you about the little water sprays in the sinks? Terrible!!
