The stay was really nice. An amazing neighborhood, a comfortably sized room with a small but sufficient kitchen. Walking distance to Chapultec, lots of dining options. Walmart close to the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and I’ll be happy to stay again.

The neighborhood is really easy to walk everywhere, quiet, surrounded by many parks, coffee shops, restaurants and very close to Chapultepec park, and reforma avenue. This is our fourth time we stay here as parking is also included.

Cómodo y limpio
Detalles a mejorar: no ponen servitoallas, ni destapador o abrelatas, tijeras ni con que secar los trastes. El juego de cubiertos era para dos pero estaba incompleto. No ponen secadora de cabello ni plancha. Agua solo te ponen el primer día porque quieren les consumas lo que tienen en la recepción. Pros: buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo. Personal de limpieza muy amable, saludos a Irene.

Good value, commensurate to price. A bit outdated but very clean and in good area. You feel safe with aroung the clock security and area is very walkable. Restaurants and bars a short walk away. The enclosed parking was a great perk for me as a I rented a car to sightsee. Not the most comfortable bed.

It was my second time staying here. Unfortunately there was construction noise on a Saturday morning. I found this to be very annoying. The men working were also talking loud and could hear them. I suggest management lets their guests know this will happen so we are prepared.

Great place to stay near Chapultepec. Only issue is its acoustics… thin walls make you hear everything happening in the room next to you and sometimes in other floors. Otherwise, excellent.

Spacious , clean in a nice part of Condessa easily accessible to most anything. Only issue was on first morning had to take a cold shower because the handles weren’t labeled, you only needed a VERY small amount of cold water and it took about 10 min to warm up because we were on the 4th floor. After figure out the shower situation the rest of the stay was excellent.

Note that you'll need to leave your car and ring the bell for the garage door to be opened every time you enter the garage. Also, be aware that the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, hair dryers, or clothing irons, so plan accordingly.

Great location, good value for Condesa.
Lovely spacious apartment . Good value and great location . Could do with a little updating . Not sure why you have to ring a bell and be allowed access through an iron gate every time you pop out . Seems a bit dated considering the area . Come on at least give guests a key to come and go as leisure . Sadly it would put me off staying again .

The hotel has quite a few rooms. It's well marked and the front desk host was lovely. It's wonderful to have a kitchen and cozy beds with tv in each bedroom. The shower was hot and super clean. I'm a female travelling alone and felt completely safe in the area. I will stay here again, gracias!
