Do you want your room to be ready when you arrive? They will NOT have it ready. Do you love to travel with your pet? They do NOT like animals. They will make sure you are uncomfortable with your four legged friend. Do you want your food served on time! They do NOT. They will serve your food cold with a huge wait when there is nobody there. Over all very disappointing with the service and staff. Don’t say you where not warned.

Too much noise coming from other rooms
I stayed overnight due to flight delay, there was an excessive noise coming from other rooms on the second floor at 3 am (people talking loudly, walking, dogs barking) , I called the concierge nothing was done , I do not recommend it if you want to rest after a long flight.
