I really liked the room, the hotel, but the location wasn’t the best. It was complicated to get in the hotel at night since we have to go through the mall and the electric stairs didn’t work at all.

Loved this hotel. So convenient at a shopping center that everything was close by which I avoided Ubering everywhere. Staff is nice and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Up to date. Shuttle serving is very convenient.

Great but parking w/challenges

My stay was great, and if you aren't driving yourself there you are going to really like this place. Unfortunately the parking arrangements were tough because you have to validate tickets even after you pay for them at the hotel front desk. It took us 25 minutes extra

airport pickup didn't go well . over hour half to vans from hotel wouldnt pick me up..my spanish not very good but a girl finally phoned hotel to get me picked up.. the hotel is fine clean. had a good breakfast.

The description of the hotel location is not clear and very elusive, the distance is not close and it is located at an unsafe zone. The shuttle service was requested but after 2hr waiting ended up taking uber to the hotel. The hotel personnel was moody and kept saying the shuttle was coming. They did not offer to help with our luggage, no internet password was shared for its used. The floors of the room were dusty, the toilet had no cleanliness seals, the bed blankets were stained and the shower towel metal shelf almost fell on my head due to poor maintenance, the water pressure was horrible.
