We had a nice 1 bedroom apartment. It was well designed with a good amount of storage. The bed is very comfortable. From the balcony there was a pretty tree to see through to the street scene below. We did not get replacement Nespresso pods. Dish soap may be a good idea. The doorman was very attentive and pleasant.

We had two separate apartments, one for ourselves and one for our 18 year old and his two brothers. There is security at the front door 24/7 so we felt very safe. The apartments in the interior open to a pretty courtyard with chairs and tables which was a great place to have coffee from our first floor apartment. The front desk attendant was nice and knowledgeable and the location was fantastic. The area felt very safe and was walkable to restaurants, the park, many shops, etc.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The only thing I found unpleasant was the attitude of one of the employees. We requested for a room change and asked us to wait. We sat on the bench by the front desk for about 15 minutes. As we wondered what was going on, we saw her walk away without talking to us. All the same, I would stay at this property again.

Tuve el placer de hospedarme en el Hotel Grand Polanco durante mi reciente viaje a la ciudad. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en una zona tranquila y elegante de Polanco, cerca de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones turísticas. Las instalaciones del hotel son de primera clase. Mi habitación era espaciosa, luminosa y extremadamente cómoda, con una decoración moderna y acogedora. El nivel de limpieza y atención al detalle era impecable. La cama era increíblemente cómoda, asegurándome un descanso reparador cada noche. En resumen, mi estancia en el Hotel Grand Polanco fue excepcional en todos los aspectos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel a cualquier persona que busque una experiencia de alojamiento de alta calidad en la ciudad. Sin duda, regresaré en mi próxima visita. ¡Gracias por una estancia inolvidable!
