Had minor trouble with check in but got it figured out ok. We got pastries from a bakery, and they would not let you eat them in their restaurant, you can only eat their food. Not very accommodating, disappointing. Rooms were nice, average. Quite dark. Photos looked better than in person. Bellman was very nice, helpful and friendly!

Excellent location in the heart lf this historic city. Close to museums, parks and jsut about anything youwant to see in the city withing walking distance. The free minibar, although limited, was a very nice surprise and replenished daily.

Ishocked to find the room I reserved for more than $250/nt. Had no window. This made my stay horrible. Natural light should be a given in a “deluxe” room. I would really like a credit for at least one night.
