I arrived before check in time. The front desk did an early check in at no cost without any hesitation. Ive stayed here multiple times. Room rates are affordable. The front desk staff is always helpful. The location of the hotel is in a prime area without the prime fees. I will continue returning here.

This is the newer “suites” property, the hotel (which I stayed in a few weeks ago) is around the corner. It is perfectly fine in terms of cleanliness and comfort but entirely lacking any kind of atmosphere. (But do you need atmosphere?) the current closure of the metro line between Balderas and Observatorio does complicate transport somewhat - there are integrated shuttle buses running constantly, and the bus ticket covers the metro and vice versa. But obviously buses are subject to traffic conditions, so the transfers can take time.

The room was clean ,but the main sheet on the bed had holes in it ,I did call and asked them to have new ones put also in the bathroom there where some ants around ,the door is a bit thin so as people went buy you can hear them ,are room was close to the elevator on the 6th floor ,street noise was also loud even do we where high up ,both key cards deactivated on our 3 night ,i had to go and get them activate again ,the receptionist blamed me saying its cause my wallet made contact with my phone 😒,the only good thing is thats its close to Reforma and la condesa and metro subway is a block away and you have a variety of restaurants and caffes around the area and 3 oxxos /7-11 a block away and across the St

The hotel is in a prime location. The bed I had had beg bugs and I got bit 2x. I went downstairs to complain and they have me a huge suite. The AC in that suite leaked all over the floor making a huge puddle. To be honest that happed. 2 days before I had to check out and I had no energy to deal with someone coming to fix it. Would I stay in that hotel again? NO! The staff were nice-ish tho. Very safe area.

If you book a suit with kitchen for four you should give 4 chairs and a table. We had to eat on a desk and sit on a sofa, really uncomfortable and inconvenient. No conditioner ??? You have to beg for 4 towels every day..... Good location
