El hotel esta situado en un muy buen lugar a unos pasos de la avenida Reforma, si quieres ruido esta cerca si quieres calma también tienes la opción, la calle esta llena de restaurantes desde tacos hasta mariscos mucha variedad, el hotel también tiene buena comida y un buen desayuno

We love our stay at Laila hotel, it is a safe location. There's many restaurants close to the hotel. The service at the hotel was great. Our room was perfect everyday. The concierge and the bellboys were great. We have coffee one morning at the hotel restaurant and the service was great. We will definitely be back to this hotel. We love it.

The bedding linen had hairs and the desk had glass water marks everywhere. Room didn’t look or smell clean. One room smelled like old basement combined with smoking.

Everything was wonderful really enjoyed staying here close to many restaurants and landmarks. The only problem I had was the driver they had arranged to take me to the airport the hotel told me I would be charged a certain amount and the driver charged me $45 pesos extra. But that wasn’t the worst when I paid him he short changed me by another $100 pesos. Seems like he was trying to get any money out of me that he could. So just be careful. I know it’s not the hotels fault I’m not blaming them but the taxi, Uber, driver they hire is definitely hurting there good reputation.
