I totally regret to stay here.
This is not a hotel. This an apartment complex without any costumer services stools. Front door was close I called twice no one answered. I totally regret to stay here.

Super well located yet quiet. The staff were all wonderful. They gave me a suite with balconies and full size washer dryer. Plus fully equipped kitchen. Everything was nicely designed and pleasant.

Wonderful space. We had a full suite with 2 bedrooms; 2 baths, living room with kitchen and washing machine. Space was beautiful. Convenient location to walk and taxi/uber to places. Some convenient restaurants near by. Could hear the noise at night from the nearby restaurants til late.

Great place!
This place was so pleasant. All the staff was so nice and friendly. The bed (king ) was super comfy. Love that there was a washer/dryer. And not the inverted type that take for ever to dry. We stayed in 501, there is an elevator, but it only goes to 4th floor, so we had 1 flight of stairs to go up, not too bad, but after a long day of walking and exploring the city legs can get wobbly. Over all it was a beautiful place to stay. I would stay there again. It is also in great location, lots of places to eat.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable. The building doesn't have a HVAC or ventilation vents thus I had to keep the windows/balcony doors cracked to ensure proper air flow. There as a floor fan that helped with circulation but given the price per room(and location) - mechanics should have been installed into the bones of the development.

Clean and modern hotel
Excellent place and the only place we will be considering to stay in CDMX again. My girlfriend said she would rather stay here than the St Regis, as it’s in far better location and closer proximity to shops and restaurants and the nice part of town. The hotel itself is simple, quaint, and clean, and very secure. Although it’s small, it has everything one would need in it. The only feedback I would give is that I wish the TV worked, not that we used it much, and without housekeeping there was some kind of weird smell that emanated from the bathroom. These were very small prices to pay for the value of the hotel. The hotel also can register you for guided tours the day before. No breakfast, but free coffee and tea are available. The elevator was super duper fast.

This hotel is fantastic! We had a very good room which was large and clean. The man at the front desk was so helpful. Ignacio, the valet was so kind and steered us to a great breakfast place, Mallorca. Reforma guest house is in a great neighborhood and you get such a value for the money.
