The location is the best part of the hotel. Reforma is close to everything. Easy for Ubers to pick you up out drop you off. I did eat at the restaurant once and the food was great. The staff is great and professional. If you look lost they’ll approach you and offer assistance. The daily cleaning was great as well.

The good: Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and kind. Thanks to all of you. The Bad: This is a very beautiful but aging hotel in the middle of a very busy district. It is in good shape, but it is in bad need of major upgrades. Fixtures from curtains to sink could use some work. A/C and heater could also be more user friendly (we froze the first night we were there). The breakfast on R was also a disappointment, but buffet food can sometimes get stale or cold very fast. Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable, and there were plenty of places to eat and bank and shop nearby. Thank you.
