La habitación apestaba a pies sucios y a moho, nos la cambiaron de inmediato, pero nos dieron una que parecía peor que motel de paso de pueblo bicicletero, muy mala experiencia, primera vez que me sucede esto, normalmente me hospedo en ese hotel una vez al mes. Saludos.

AC was working perfectly. Water pressure in the shower was great. Beds were comfortable and our room was clean. Pool water was warm with great views of the city. Location was excellent. We liked it so much that we added more nights to our stay. We’ll definitely be back during the second leg of our trip. Staff was friendly!

Sevilla Palaces location is great, well communicated for trips around the city, historical centre inclusive. I like waking up on Sunday for excercing along Paseo de la Reforma. I would have preferred live music at the restaurant bar, the bar looks abandoned without activity. Old rugs would be convenient for updating.

Little gem
This little gem in the middle of the city center has always been our favorite place to stay due to their modest price, great service in all departments, clean rooms and heated pool. Great location with plenty of transportation around including car service from the hotel. Must try the taco stand around the corner open 24hrs!

Everything was excellent, except the bad odor in the bathroom thru our whole stay. Staff was prompt to take measures to remedy but the odor persisted. Other than that, great location, first rate staff, good food.

Best location in CDMX
This hotel is very convenient. The price is affordable and you get very reasonable service for the price. The restaurant is pretty good. The pool and the hot tub are a plus. Finally, the location can't be better. You can go anywhere from there. There are good restaurants around.
