We truly enjoyed our stay at ULIV ROMA NORTE. We choose a 2 bedroom apartment even thought we were a party of two but we enjoyed the extra space. Apartment was clean and on site security made our stay feel safe. We recommend this property for your visit to Mexico City Roma norte.

Incredible location in Roma Norte so close to the Hospital Gwneral subway. Very clean and safe with 24 hour security. Excellent rooms and ammenities for the price, I would highly recommend it and stay here again when I visit Mexico City.

Modern, and good location
We enjoyed the Roma Norte area for convenience, safety, and cleanliness. Our room was well equipped and the bed was very confortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. For those with mobility issues it would be important to know where the room is as there is no elevator. We were on the 5th floor and some people may find 72 steps challenging.

Penthouse at ULIV Roma Norte
We booked the penthouse for ten days. The room was the perfect size, modern, comfortable and quiet. We especially liked the private patio. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just be aware there is no elevator so you’ll be climbing five floors if you stay in this room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location very much!

Cute, well renovated hotel. Some rooms can be a bit small. I was traveling solo So it was alright. 3-4-5 walk up fyi (good for glutes). The window comes out into the inner part of the building/staircase so not much of a view. There is a rooftop patio plus a gym on the roof. Overall very comfortable and clean hotel. I’d come again.

I enjoyed the stay and interior design of the property. It is a relatively new building with modern design that stands out from the local architecture. The neighborhood was cool and was close to Avenida Obregon where you can simply walk to a bunch of bars and great restaurants. I saw reviews of people saying their hotels were located on loud busy streets, I dont think this was the case at ULIV Roma Norte. Shout out to Javi as he was insightful and helpful during our stay. The only thing I didn't like about my stay was having to leave! haha.

Stay was awesome. Super clean. No filtered water but I bought 2 big bottles for drinking and brushing my teeth. Shower was great. Hot water. Nice pressure. Bed was super comfy. No real street noise or noise from neighbors. I arrived early and Javi gave me some great recommendations for breakfast while I waited for my room to be ready. Javi sent me more recommendations and also messaged me when my room was ready. I will be staying here on all my future visits!

It was a nice place but there were a few things that were bad, if you have luggage then prepare to walk up a narrow staircase. The room is just a bed and bathroom, no space to put your luggage. If you have carry on then it’s the perfect place.

Very small room, clean, modern, comfortable. Location is great. However it is way too small, not even much space to walk around the bed. The window is also sealed, just a vent. If you are claustrophobic, you will not enjoy this place. There is also no elevator in the building and going up the stairs and dealing with altitude can be hard.
