I liked they have shuttles every 30 minutes to the México City internacional airport. I loved the cleanliness of the room. There is space in the room and bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. Overall experience was pleasant and exceeded my expectations.

I had a friend who lives locally come visit, and when I went downstairs to escort him inside, multiple front desk staff started yelling at him because he looked like he did not belong. I explained that I am a guest at the hotel and that my friend was just a visitor who is not staying the night. The staff then said he must show identification because I only put one person as staying when I checked in. They insisted the reservation was only for 1 person, which is blatantly false. The hotels.com policy clearly says the reservación is for 2 individuals. It doesn’t matter how many the reservation was for. What matters is that this hotel made assumptions about someone who looked like they didn’t belong. They harassed a guest requiring that he show ID. Last I checked, it is a hotel- not a prison. Paying hotel guests should be able to have visitors without having their privacy invaded and being accosted in the lobby by staff.

Excelente lugar, super limpio y cercano al aeropuerto, el servicio gratuito de transporte es excelente. Desayunamos en el restaurante, tuvimos un inconveniente con un platillo (muy salado) pero el personal fue super amable en cambiarlo y la atención fue muy buena! 🙌

The property is ok for one night, my suite was very noisy the AC unit wasn't working properly and making noises, I barely sleep for few hours before my flight, the staff can't help me since the availability of other units were very limited.

Cuando llegamos hacer el check-in fueron muy amables en recibirnos. La recepcionista fue muy amable al igual que los staffs. Me encanto!! Definitivamente les recomiendo y si vuelvo a viajar a Mexico, me quedare de nuevo en ese hotel!! Gracias
