Hotel is beautiful! Great location, staff is so friendly. Always felt safe. Close to lots of dining options. The view of the rooftop was amazing. and the 24hr cafe was great! Also the dinner at the rooftop hotel was delicious! LOVE IT!

The staff-concierge, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping were all amazingly friendly and extra helpful-they went the extra mile for us. Great location for seeing the historical sites of Centro Historico area. The rooftop terrace is stunning, what a great location. The rooms were a bit loud at night.

This hotel was simply perfect! I can't say enough good things about the staff and the convenience of the location. The room was so clean, the water pressure amazing (thats a big deal for me haha). Everyone spoke English! We were treated to a drink and cool cloth the second we arrived. Cant wait to come back!!!
