The place was wonderful the staff went above and beyond. Already making plans to return. The front desk was very helpful they even do dollar exchange there. Breakfast is included and there is lots to do around. I recommend take a tour to learn the history. The front desk also help finding tours it was all I needed iny stay.

Centrally located within walking distance of major tourist attractions—including museums, monuments, parks, shopping streets, bars, and restaurants—this hotel is an excellent choice for exploring the historic center of Mexico City. The staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities are top-notch, although the rooms may feel slightly compact to some guests. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The views from the sixth-floor hotel restaurant, overlooking the cathedral and the main plaza, are breathtaking. A standout feature was the complimentary food and beverage service available 24/7 at the ground-floor café, including wine and beer. Overall, in terms of price-to-quality ratio, Zócalo Central is unbeatable.

Zindy, the front desk concierge was very helpful and pleasant. the location and proximity to the Cathedral, Museums, stores, flea market and restaurants is so convenient. the breakfast is very good and the staff very nice. there was an ample supply of water for the guests. we had a great experience with Zocalo Central and Rooftop Hotel.
