Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good and 24 free snack bar was a bonus. Room was clean and big enough for 2. If possible request a room not facing the street as it can be noisy.

The staff was amazingly attentive. We trunly enjoyed breakfast buffet on the rooftop. We also love the 24 hour central cafe. I didn’t have to stress about obtaining my morning coffee. They also had delicious food such as pizza, salads and sandwiches. The drinks such as cokes, juice, carbonated water and bottled water were always chilled to perfection. Truly an excellent stay. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Mexico City to experience this amazing hotel and it’s amenities. 10/10 experience

The room was gorgeous but smaller than pictured. It was clean and was nicely decorated. There was a small fridge on our floor with bottled water for grab and go at any time. The cafe downstairs was included in the stay which was great, the food was good from there but the coffees were great. The Balcon de Zocalo was incredible, we had the included breakfast our last day and it was great with a buffet style or order option. Dinner was amazing, the food was delicious and the views were breathtaking.

Everything was amazing! Complimentary food and drinks are available 24/7 at the cafe. Staff is over the top courteous. You get a complimentary shot of tequila or mezcal upon arrival. Establishment is gorgeous, clean and in the best location of the historic district. Rooftop bar looks out to city square, cathedral/zocalo.
