Landed a day before a big protest and hotel took care of us made us feel safe. Hotel is beautiful and located perfectly. Breakfast is included and cafe has drinks and snacks that are included 24 hrs. We can’t wait to go back 10/10 recommend you book here

We loved this hotel from the decor, to the cleanliness, & to the staff. Very convenient to the historic square. The included breakfast far exceeded our expectations in every way!! The snack bar was an incredible perk. An all around amazing experience!

The welcoming by the bellman was excellent! He was so helpful and kind. However, the front desk staff were not welcoming at all. They got upset when we requested a room exchange. (Rooms are small)The open bar is good, but the serve had poor customer service. The breakfast in the roof top was the best part of this hotel! I loved the view and the staff service in that floor!

I absolutely loved our hotel! I would use the word "spotless" to describe the cleanliness. The staff was accommodating and nice. I loved how the hotel arranged a face painter for Dia de Los Muertos. It was so convenient. It is located walking distance to the zocalo. I felt safe and I would definitely recommend. Oh, and the food was delicious, and I really appreciated the daily water fridge for all guests. I am a person who drinks a ton of water so that was a plus lol.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly, I was there for the Dia de los muertos and luckily the parade ended right by the hotel so it was definitely worth staying there for that , plus it was almost center of the city so to be able to get a uber or the subway was so easy to get around.

Hotel was perfect very close to the center of Mexico City. The breakfast every morning had good options. The tour that was provided was excellent with a lot of information. That 24 hour snack bar is incredible considering what they offer. Staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs and questions.
