The staff and hotel were great. We were unable to get a room with a view of the courtyard and our room felt quite cramped. We spoke to the manager and they gave us another room that was quite small also.

The hotel was in a prime location and it’s very clean and beautiful. Restaurant personnel upstairs was not friendly at all. Not sure if the fact that I was a brown Mexican American played a factor since most of the guest are foreigners. The bus boys were great and the cleaning staff was awesome, but definitely be ready to be treated different upstairs in the restaurant if you’re a brown Mexican American. It was also very hard to get in to the hotel since there is no street access. It would’ve been nice if they told you through email how to get access. I was with my elderly mother and had to go around with luggage and all to get there.

Great value and location
The hotel is very nice, great location and wonderful service. The rooftop is very cool, they serve really good drinks. Shout out to Chino at the rooftop who gave us wonderful service.
