Amazing hotel with the best rooftop view of the Zocalo! The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night but will definitely return. Only thing was the bed was a bit firm for our taste but other than that our stay was great!

This place is beautiful, close to everything and very easy to move around. All the staff were helpful in every way. Believe me , this is where you want to stay. The staff at the door that greet you are 2nd to none. Every question i asked they had an answer. I was worred about the taxis and they helped me get what i needed. Loved this place

So close to the square and other major attractions. Can walk to almost everything nearby very easily. Staff was unbelievable! Friendly, helpful and fun to interact with. Not a huge place but that is what makes this the perfect 1st time to the city location. You get a personalized stay and not an oversized 'resort' packed with to many people. Loved it!

Everything about this Hotel was superb from the moment we got there to the moment we left. I love the fact that they have a 24 hour cafeteria and other food. There is included a little small, but very cozy. We had trouble getting chairs sometimes, but that does not change a thing. I loved it.
