Creepy, intruding
Staff walk in to your rooms unannounced with no compensation. They don't knock or anything and dont offer any remedial solution. It was so embarrassing to be walked in on and they wont even speak to you or escalate your situation. It's creepy. The room is average. Good distance from Ocean drive. Keep your things safe and jam the door because it seems they do that a lot.

The staff and owners are absolutely amazing. They catered too all our needs. This hotel is nice and they are going to be doing a lot of upgrades as it was previously been purchased. So we will definitely stay again. The location was excellent. Plenty of food spots and the beach is walking distance. Thanks

That building should not be listed online as a hotel. It's more like a shelter. Everything is dirty and run down. It smells bad. Noises all night long. Read all reviews carefully to avoid booking and wasting your money. The photos on the website are absolutely not true to life. Be responsible and stay away from the place. I checked out in advance, I couldn't stay there one more minute.

My stay was pretty terrible, and I've stayed in 4 different properties in Miami in the last 2 months alone. I asked for them to come clean my room 3 different times, they never did. They didn't even take my trash out or replace my toilet paper towels. I literally had to go down stairs to ask for a new roll of toilet paper and it was humiliating as they handed me a singular unwrapped roll. They also didn't even have an extra clean towel when I asked for one. They also opened my door and asked if I was checking out every single day, even going as far as banging on my door and coming in yelling at me that I was staying illegally and they didn't have my reservation or name booked for that room. To which I replied that they were incorrect, gave them my last name, and then never got a response or apology for that crazy treatment. Overall, this property was not worth what I paid, did not clean my room once, and was very unprofessional.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant around the corner was amazing beach clubs and restaurants all in walking distance..it's a older hotel like alot of them. Would stay again for the location and quiet surrounding

This place is the the worst place in Miami. Pictures are not reality. Bed bugs holes in the walls roaches poor customer service. The staff entered my room while I was away and stole my medication. This place is horrible.

They did not clean my room the whole time I was there. Did not have enough towels. No refreshing on toilet paper. Gave me a key to someone else’s room. Had a leak in my bathroom that I told them about. No one ever came to take a look. Only thing good was the bed and linen was comfortable.

I reserved a family room with 3 beds, I called the morning of to confirm that arriving after midnight was not an issue, arrived to the hotel at 1am with 7 kids and was told my reservation was only for one person and one bed and that they didn’t have any rooms available anymore.
