Very modern place.
Good location, but rooms are very small, but we like how modern it is. Clean, but they clean rooms only once a week, if you want more, you need to pay.

Great location! Directly across the street from the Kaseya Center! Plenty of shopping and restaurants directly around the hotel. Staff is fun and friendly. Rooms are clean and very modern!

Rooms too small and uncomfortable beds, mattresses were very hard and for a king room it was ridiculously small and no possilbity for private wifi connection, no coffee machine in the room. Hotel was strategically located near the large concert/sport venue. Staff was nice, helpful but not enough to overcome a bad nights sleep.

A King room was minuscule with the bed locked in on 3 sides - impossible for us seniors - we notified staff and eventually were assigned an accessible King room which was fabulous. We were 4 nights there so the tiny room that involved climbing over each other would not do. The accessible room was fabulous. The lighting is unique and perfect. Very happy.

The other location on south beach is more up to date . It was discolouration on pillow cases. iPad was cracked and for some reason I had issues with setting the temperature on it as well. So it’s was mediocre. Plus rooms are not sound proof so I heard noise here and there. Also I could hear water being used from other rooms.
