The property had no bathroom soap and when we asked for some they said "no soap", no towels for kitchen, had chips and big cracks in the tile floor that are a safety concern, the lights didnt work, and not the safest place for young children with the stairs and loft. Pictures didnt look lile the actual rental. We were disappointed. Luckily we only stayed one night.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coral Reef Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Alexandra, whose hospitality truly exceeded all expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, offering personalized recommendations and making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is a gem—beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the stunning terrace. Alexandra's passion for her hotel and her guests is evident in everything she does. Her warm personality and genuine care make you feel like part of the family. I will definitely be returning for another stay and will be spreading the word to friends and family. Thank you, Alexandra, for an unforgettable experience!

This property’s advertised photos far exceeded the real life experience. Old, tired, and very basic - best describe the room/property. An apartment complex that markets as a hotel. Advertised photos led me to anticipate as much, so I will say that the price point was commensurate with my expectation of the complex/apartment/“hotel.” Staying on Key Biscayne is special, and if wanting to do so on a budget, and having a measured expectations of this facility, it may just fit your needs? Location was spectacular!

Arriving to the property: wrecked car in lot, dirty socks laying on walkway. * Should have turned around and left then * Unit 12 - our unit - had paint flaking off wall in kitchen, a stove knob laying in a frying pan on stove, rust and yuck on fridge and walls, roach in shower, holes punched in bedroom #2 door, and 2 punch holes in bathroom #2. Rusty light fixtures with a mismatch of light bulbs of different colors and sizes, super cheap towels and no wash cloths. I small loveseat size couch and one wicker chair in living room. Basically, this is a poorly maintained, dumpy, and sketchy place. You have been warned.

Little gem!
While it was a little difficult to find the office within the building it all worked out. The apt itself was well appointed and clean even though the bathroom is in need of a little TLC and the towels were at a minimum. I would however stay there again. Loved the style of the apt and the location was great!

Location is great. But the Expedia listing is deceiving. The pictures did not depict the actuality of the room. The rooms are bare, old, an unpleasant musty humid smell, and dark. I would retake pictures of the room so customers know exactly how it looks.
