It's always a pleasure staying at this location. It is so very convenient and the amenities are great!! From the shuttle drivers , front desk staff, breakfast/ kitchen and cleaning staff.... all gave great service and were super helpful and pleasant

False alarm with no compensation
It was fine until I went to bed and someone pulled the fire alarm. I was on the 5th floor and had to use the stairs which is not easy for me after my transplant. It turned out later to be a false alarm. I had to be up early for my drs appointment and there was no mention of compensation and I was not offered a receipt.
