The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a mistake at the reception. One of my night stays was accidentally canceled, and things went downhill from there. Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review because Susan was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went out of her way to help us. She even waived $177 from our bill to make up for the inconvenience. However, the charge ended up being re-applied to our account. When we called to resolve the issue, we spoke with Kathryn, and the interaction was extremely frustrating. She showed no interest in hearing our side of the story and told us to call back in two days to speak with another manager. She was dismissive and rude, saying she wouldn’t contact another manager and couldn’t help us because there were “no notes” left about the issue. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadowed what could have been a lovely stay.

Loved everything but parking garage service

Amazing hotel, amenities offered were great. Great service inside hotel. Only issue I had was with the offering parking garage. My room nor the app worked to get me in and out. So I had to keep pressing for assistance and sometimes they would hang up and I would have to keep trying again. They also weren’t consistent with the info needed to let me in or out. Other than that, great stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Air con super quiet. Comfy pool loungers are great and you get all day sunshine by the pool. Great location with Publix close by and Aventura Mall approximately 15 minutes walk away. The verandah rooms are not really worth the uplift and are definitely not private balconies. Service was either good (front desk, cafe, housekeeping, bellman) or disappointing as my TV was not fixed during a 6 night visit. Nightclub style music at reception could be quieter or replaced by something more relaxing.
