We had a nice visit. Your front desk was not versed on surrounding areas and places to visit but your one gentleman was able to give a great suggestion. I wish I had gotten his name. I guess that is what happens when you don't have a Concierge.

The only negative was the remote for the tv didn’t work. I called & they said management would be up right away. Well 30 minutes went by & we had dinner plans so we left. They never came. The next day I went to the front desk & asked them for 3 new AAA batteries. A maintenance man met me at the front desk & gave me 3 new ones. The new batteries solved the problem & they credited our room $30 for the inconvenience.

Staff was wonderful. Place was spotless. Quiet for miles. Cute coffee shop and beautiful 7th floor pool. Drinks at bar were yummy and bartender was attentive. Many places to spread out and work with a view as well.

Best hotel I have stayed in! The modern clean aesthetic is fantastic! Loved the high ceilings, lighting and shower. I had a small problem with my key card but the staff was very helpful and friendly and resolved the issue quickly. I hope to visit this hotel again soon!
