Gross, Dark, and overpriced

The room was dirty. Couch felt like sitting on a cactus while have hemorrhoids. Also, couch was dirty/stained. Room was dark. No recess lighting. Elevators are a disaster. You pay for a 4-5 star hotel and end with a motel 6 with lipstick on it. Avoid

Best hotel/location we have stayed in so far for a night before a cruise. Bar prices are outrageous, but I guess that is what you get with it being Miami. Our room was available early and they were able to check us in which we appreciated after flying all morning. Publix was right across the street for us to walk to and grab last min things needed for the cruise which was nice.

Hotel was fine but service was horrible. We got the hotel after getting off a cruise and had a flight the next day. Check in wasn’t very pleasant . Next morning 8am we hear banging sounds coming from stairwell right beside our room. Construction at 8am so loud! We were hoping to sleep until checkout and unfortunately we couldn’t with all the noise.

Not what I expected from Hilton

There was a leak from the ceiling over the tub during the night. The hotel let us shower in the available room next door. If the hotel was fully booked it could have become an issue since we needed to catch a flight that morning. Also, the room had few light sources therefore was very dark, perhaps to create romantic moodiness. Not practical for dressing and packing!
