The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing! From the front desk and in the restaurant, everyone’s very accommodating. However, I would suggest that the hotel update their vending machines as I paid three dollars for a Gingerale that expired last August in 2024.

Stayed one night because it was close to Port Miami. Nothing fancy but did the job for the night. Very dated and smelled like weed but the bed was super comfortable. Besides the restaurant in the hotel, no other options close by. Good enough for one night but that’s about it.

This hotel was ok. The shuttle service was bad though. Waited 2 hours and no shuttle. Had to take an uber. I did take the shuttle back to the airport

To have coffee machine and no water to make it, bathroom door gose so fared in that it is hard for you to go to the bathroom, Plus you had to pay 45.00 to check in early

First off no breakfast unless you want to pay $20 per person. Shower leaked, shower curtain bar was broken and the water spout in the tub was loose from the wall. Flooring cracked/chipped and missing in places. Most employees spoke almost no English. Back view from windows in our room revealed trash piled up and a bunch of junk stacked up. Would not recommend.

The extremely comfortable bed. Was on layover for work travel and that bed was exactly what I needed. Let's not forget the Dove line. I was clean, fragrant, moisturized, and well-rested for travel the next day🤗
