Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a small snack bar downstairs where you can buy pizza, sandwiches, salads, ice cream, etc, which were expensive but good quality. Only minor issue was that the bathroom door needs to be adjusted to fit properly. It's an unusual location in a busy area that's tricky to get to the first time but you get used to it.

Check in was great. The young lady allowed us to check in 30 minutes before our time. I explained that we drove about 13 hours and she made accommodations so that we could check in early.

After check in, we went to eat at restaurant in hotel and went to add charges to our room and we were told we didn't have a room and very loudly in front of a restaurant full of people we would walk us to the front desk. I paid at the restaurant and was escorted down to the hotel desk. I was told they didn't notice the check-in didn't go through and they didn't notice. After five hours they came and fixed the TV.

It was a good experience however very surprised that breakfast was not complimentary I have never stayed at a hotel where there was no complimentary breakfast That would be a definite reason for me to not return. When you have an overnight stay at a hotel there is not much you can do because you are tired and you have a long day ahead the next day. So you look forward to breakfast before you check out. In this case it was disappointing to say the least. Thank you for this opportunity to give you feedback

Hotel was was great! Loved my room. Asked for quiet room. Peope checked in after I did next door, drunk, loud, swearing. When asked if they could quiet down. Called front desk, i guess they handled it. Slept well.
