We were supposed to have two queen beds to accommodate my husband, two kids and me. They gave us a king instead and were completely sold out so there was nothing they could do. They did bring us 2 roll away beds that weren’t very nice, but worked for the night. They gave us breakfast vouchers which helped, but it was very disappointing paying so much without getting the beds we wanted.

Someone tried opening my door early morning and staff don’t say anything about it when asked. The restaurant and convenience grab and go both ignored me when we attempted to eat there.

The room we descent but it's time for deep cleaning, especially the bathroom, the corners and crevices had dust and dirt build up. Caulking need to be refreshed as well. Parking was horrible because the hotel has a weekly "club" event on Saturday night so the parking lot fills up and it becomes very inconvenient. Also because of the club, you can hear the music two floors down, not terribly loud, but if you're looking for quiet, this wouldn't be the place on a saturday night.

Room smelled really musty , they swapped my room the hallways smelled very bad. There was not a free shuttle to the cruise port and they advertised there was , it was 14$ pp cheaper to uber, we were a group of 6 .

Front desk staff were awful. Booked two nights in error and wouldn’t let us cancel 2nd night. It was only booked two hours before check in. The view was of the back area where they dumped garbage everywhere. Great place for rats to live.
