The staff was very friendly. From the van driver to the front desk staff to the security who checked on me after I called the front desk and no on answered. He brought me a toothbrush because I forgot mine and he did it with a smile. The room was clean and a good size. Plenty of breakfast options. They had a van to the port of Miami for $14 cash per person. I would definitely stay here again !

The convenience of having the shuttle included was incredibly helpful. Ronald at check in was so kind and hospitable. The process was a breeze. I even enjoyed at late night milkshake from the lobby.

We did eat breakfast at the hotel. It wasn’t included with the price of the room. We ate all meals off site. The property was very clean. I feel that because we paid in advanced, We were given the least expensive room. It was clean, but had an old look about it. I will admit, when I complained, they give me a better room. I will never pay in advance for an entire stay again, because when have your money, there’s not much you can do.

Room old, smelly and carpet tattered. Shuttle service only available to and from airport. Had to pay shuttle to cruiseport. Shuttle to nearby areas not available as mentioned in Expedia ad. Told front desk that reason why we booked hotel is the free shuttle service to nearby areas - apparently they have no control over what is mentioned in third party ads. Expedia should remove free shuttle service to nearby areas from their website.
