Very very loud, noise from every which way until the wee hours of the morning. There was a very loud annoying group there during our one night stay. Courtyard Rooms are very basic, nothing upscale about them at all. Pool and bar area are nice. Staff when we checked in was a bit salty, but check out staff were great. Great location. Wouldn't stay here again.

Fernando at the front desk is amazing, and caring. The night staff is amazing and friendly, and helpful. Ko Bo Cafe is great, so is the jazz bar.

Quarto superior king é bom, cama confortável, a acústica fica um pouco a desejar, mas oferecem abafador de ruído. Senti falta de superfície pra manusear as malas. Só tinha um suporte apropriado para malas que era bem pequeno. Demos uma improvisada com as cadeiras para as malas de mão e o chão mesmo para a mala de despachar. Seria bom se colocassem suporte de toalha de banho dentro do box eu pelo menos na parede em frente. Meu marido escorregou no chão molhado indo buscar a toalha na outra parte do banheiro. Recomendo o hotel em geral, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, o hotel é bonito e confortável, oferecem toalha de praia e cadeira na areia. Não entramos na piscina porque *Miami Beach* estava logo ali em frente, mas a piscina é bem bonitinha e tem bar. Foi um pouco demorado, mas conseguimos ir do aeroporto pro hotel de ônibus, anda bem pouquinho na rua, você perde mais tempo andando no aeroporto pra chegar no ônibus (tem que pegar até um trenzinho). Na volta pro aeroporto pegamos um Uber às 5h30 da manhã e foi bem tranquilo também.

This place was beautiful with incredible accomodating staff. It's just one block from the beach which makes for a quick and easy access. There are tons of restaurants around that are also walkable. Fun fact: it is two blocks away from a building they used in Bad Boys for Will Smith's character's aparement (corner of 20th and Park).

Bright clean quiet room and friendly staff

Nice clean and bright room. Super quiet room, friendly staff, relaxing environment, had a great night of stay in Greystone hotel. The kobo cafe on site was awesome, nice coffee options.
